We are blessed to have leadership that cares about every individual that visits or attends regularly. Our leadership includes a pastor, youth leader, deacons, and others that help in various ways.

Rob Sisco

Pastor

Pastor Rob Sisco is one of five children, raised in a home where his dad spent most of his upbringing in prison. At the age of nine, while attending youth camp, Rob accepted Christ as his Savior. Soon after, he and his family began being picked up weekly by the bus, and attended an independent Baptist church. After graduating high school, Rob joined the U.S. Navy where he served for nine years. In 2004, he was honorably discharged, and followed God’s call on his life to full time ministry. Just prior to leaving the Navy, Rob married Charity in January of 2004.

• Power-lifter and all things Arizona Diamondbacks

Charity Sisco was raised in a pastor’s home and was saved at an early age. In 1982, a tragic accident took the life of Charity’s mother, two siblings, and other students from their Christian school. God saw fit to spare Charity’s life, and with only minor scratches, she walked away from the accident as the only survivor. 

Charity attended Bible college in Oklahoma where she graduated in 2000.

The Sisco family and their three sons, Caleb, Noah, and Elijah, came to VBBC in the Spring of 2020.

Dan Strand 

Youth and Music Minister

Dan serves as our Youth and Music Minister. LeAnn serves as a Sunday School teacher and in various other ministries. Dan, his wife LeAnn and their 4 children serve together, faithfully, and have been members of Valley Bible Baptist Church for many years.

Scott Sandy

Northeast Baptist Seedline Director and Missions Director

In the summer of 2006, the Lord called Scott and Tina Sandy from Michigan to New York to be involved with the Seedline ministry full-time. The Sandys currently travel throughout the Northeast, working with local churches assembling John and Romans. ​

Scott Sandy also serves as the VBBC Missions director by communicating with the missionaries, sharing prayer requests, planning the missions conference, and more.

Rachel Rickner

Pastor's Administrative Assistant

Rachel serves as our Pastor's Administrative Assistant. Rachel grew up at Valley Bible Baptist Church and now faithfully serves along side her husband, Eric, who serves in our hospitality and Usher ministries. Rachel and Eric have 3 children.
